Amazon has some excellent Kindle deals this Black Friday 2019.
Amazon’s Black Friday deals are unique in that they’re available before most other retailers and they change daily.
In some cases, good deals have expired before Black Friday, like an impressive $72 off Sony’s excellent WH1000XM3 headphones. The upside is that these discounts may come back in a different form over the next week or two.
So what are the best deals so far for phones and tech? You can pick up discounts on Samsung devices (less so Apple's iPhones), but there isn't the wide smartphone deal selection you'll find at Walmart, Target and Best Buy. The big discounts, though, are saved for Amazon’s own products.
Phones
As I say, it’s slim picking for phones on Amazon right now. Last year’s Google Pixel 3 (unlocked) is down to $469, which is cheaper than what you’ll pay directly at the Google Store.
There’s $200 off unlocked versions of Samsung's Note 10+, S10, S10+ and S10e - a deal you’ll find repeated at a few retailers this Black Friday. Scour a bit more around the site and the same deal for those Samsung phones is repeated elsewhere but you get a free pair of Galaxy Buds too.
I’m not seeing clear discounts for other brands like Sony and LG, but I’ll update this story if new deals appear.
Tech
There’s $34 off the latest (non Pro) AirPods with the wireless charging case and $20 for the same pair with a standard case. There’s also between 22% and 25% off the entire Fitbit Versa 2 range, which is a popular deal this Black Friday.
There are a lot of scattered deals for smaller ticket items that may take you until next Black Friday to rifle through. The real deals, however, are unsurprisingly on Amazon’s own tech. The Echo Show 5 will have $30 off on November 28th ($10 discount currently, so bide your time).
There will be $50 off the new Fire 10 tablet and $30 off the Fire 8 tablet on November 22nd. There’s a good $45 off the latest Kindle Paperwhite and a huge 139.99 off a Ring Video doorbell pro and Echo Show 5 bundle, both of which are available on November 22nd.
